Hair Care Booking & Cancellation Policies

All clients receiving hair care services must read and agree to these policies AND complete the Health Declaration Form below prior to booking an appointment.

All hair services require a deposit and mobile services fee. Deposits are non-refundable. However, deposits can be transferred/used towards service at a later date at the discretion of the stylist.   

 

If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 3 days prior to your appointment. This is especially important for Sisterlocks®️ clients. Cancellations made in less than 3 days will require a $25 cancellation fee deducted from payment method used when booking. This fee must be paid prior to making any future appointments. This fee is also applicable to no-shows. 

 

In the event that the stylist must cancel, she will inform the client as soon as possible. The stylist has the right to cancel any appointment due to inclement weather and will reschedule within 3 days. If a client is late, the stylist will allow a 10 min. grace period before she leaves the clients location.  

 

All payments will be charged a fee, 3% of the total amount due. This fee does not apply to cash payments or in-person payments made through PayPal (friends and family option ONLY).    

 

Note: Hair must be washed and clean prior to appointment. If your hair is not clean, oily, etc. your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule. For Microlocks, Interlocks, and Sisterlocks clients, if the rescheduled appointment is past the required appointment time (appointments should be 4-6 weeks for Sisterlocks®️, 6-8 weeks for all other locks) an additional $10 per week fee will be added.
